GEMASTIK or National Student Exhibition in the Information and Communication Technology field, is a prestigious event for universities in Indonesia. GEMASTIK is a programme of the Directorate of Student Affairs, Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. This programme is intended to improve the competence of Indonesian students so that they are able to take on the role of agents of change in advancing ICT and its use, both while still in the study period and later after graduating from the study.

Gemastik 2019 is an event that is being held for the 12th time. The 2019 GEMASTIK XII Final was held at Telkom University, Bandung, with “Information Technology for the Excellence of National Competitiveness” as the theme. GEMASTIK XII was held in 11 competitions and was attended by 3,634 teams from 133 universities in Indonesia. GEMASTIK was held from 18 September 2019 to 26 October 2019, starting from the preliminary round activities to the final round.

In this GEMASTIK, UNDIKSHA’s GEMASTIK Team successfully advanced to the final round. The GEMASTIK team that successfully represented UNDIKSHA as a finalist were 2 Game Teams, 2 Business Teams, and 1 Programming Team.

UNDIKSHA’s GEMASTIK team was officially released on Tuesday, 22 October 2019 and departed today, Wednesday, 23 October 2019, at 02.00 in the morning.

The Mahapatis (Informatics Education Students) who represent UNDIKSHA in the XII GEMASTIK event, on behalf of I Putu Kusuma Putra (1515051098), Made Agus Panji Sujaya (1715051113), Kadek Marta Werdaya (1715051131), Kadek Teguh Yogi Aditya (1515051020), Ayu Dyah Pradnya Paramitha (1615051103), Made Yuda Sadewa (1715051071), David Andreas Victor (1715051108), Herry Vipassana Sanjaya (1715051070), I Gede Pande Darma Suardika (1815051023), I Komang Hendra Trinium Jaya (1815051066), and I Gede Putu Jaladri Prawata (1815051106). Apart from Mahapati, there are also other students from the Electrical Engineering Education Study Programme, the D3 Electronics Engineering Study Programme, and the Information Systems Study Programme.

They go to Telkom University, Bandung, accompanied by their supervisor, Mr. Made Windu Antara Kesiman, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D. and one Lecturer in Electronics Engineering, Mr. Ketut Udy Ariawan S.T., M.T.
