The PTI (Pendidikan Teknik Informatika-Informatics Education) Study Programme has designed this talk show programme with BISMAPATI, which means “talking with PTI”. This name is used by taking the characteristics of the PTI study programme so that it will be more easily recognized and remembered by the public. It hopes that the information obtained by the public can be well absorbed and increase the interest of prospective students in the PTI study programme. Based on the previous year’s socialization experience, it is necessary to do more innovative, interactive and contemporary packaging to support the study program socialization process. One form of socialization that the PTI Study Programme will carry out in socializing is through talk shows and dissemination through all PTI Study Programme’s official social media accounts. The talk show method is conducted because this method is more effective in presenting the information. The relaxed and pleasant atmosphere can increase the audience’s interest in listening to information. In addition, the target of this socialization is vocational/high school students who are classified as millennials and are very suitable to receive information through talk shows.

The talk show is one of the work programmes of the PTI study programme in disseminating information about the PTI study programme, and this year’s socialization activities are packaged in contemporary and interesting activities for activity participants. In addition, the activity with the concept of a talk show can attract the target audience’s interest to listen and obtain information about the PTI study programme. The socialization of the PTI study programme will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, in a hybrid manner. The activity participants are students, teachers, and parents/guardians of the targeted school students, involving 30 teams of lecturers and students as the committee that organized this activity.
