Singaraja – Informatics Engineering Education Study Program (PTI) Undiksha successfully held an inspiring Sharing Session with the theme “How to Build Start Up from Nothing”. The main guest speaker for this event was Yanto Lu, a successful entrepreneur who shared tips and tricks on building a start-up from scratch. This activity is a form of implementing the Entrepreneurship Course for fourth semester students (17/5/2023).
The sharing session took place with great enthusiasm from the participants, especially students of the Informatics Engineering Education study program. Yanto Lu shares his valuable experience and knowledge on how to start a business from scratch and achieve success as an entrepreneur. The materials presented by the speakers inspired and provided new insights to the participants, especially in understanding the challenges and strategies involved in building a successful start-up. This Sharing Session event is an implementation of the Entrepreneurship Course which is taught by the Entrepreneurship Teaching Team (Ketut Andika Pradnyana, S.Pd., M.Pd., I Nyoman Indhi Wiradika, M.Pd., and Dr. phil. Dessy Seri Wahyuni, S. Kom., M. Eng.)
This event was opened by Dr. phil. Dessy Seri Wahyuni, S.Kom., M.Eng. as one of the lecturers supporting the entrepreneurship course and also as the Coordinator of the Informatics Engineering Education Study Program. Dessy Seri Wahyuni explained that this event aims to build a student mindset in building a business “Usually we only explain material from one point of view during lectures, now we in the entrepreneurship teaching team present an entrepreneur to provide new insights from a new perspective as well” explained Dessy Wahyuni.
This sharing session was also the focus of the Bismapati Team who covered this activity until it was finished. So that the outside community can also get an understanding by watching via YouTube on PTI Undiksha’s Youtube account “I am very grateful to the Bismapati Team who have worked hard, worked smart and worked sincerely for PTI” said Andika Pradnyana as a lecturer who joined the Bismapati Team.
