Singaraja – Held offline, the Undiksha Informatics Engineering Student Association held a Life Orientation for the Department of Informatics Engineering (OKJ-TI) on Thursday (18/8/22), located at Secata Rindam IX/Udayana Singaraja. Hundreds of students from various study programs within the Department of Informatics Undiksha attended the OKJ activity.
One of the study programs in the Informatics Engineering department is the Informatic Education Study Program (PTI). At the OKJ-TI activity with the title Infinity Orientation Time (IOT) 2022, the Informatics Engineering Education Coordicate was also present. On that occasion, the Coorporate of Informatics Engineering Education, Dr. phil. Dessy Seri Wahyuni, S.Kom., M.Eng. Welcome to PTI students. “Welcome new students to the Informatic Education Study Program. Let’s collaborate and synergize to improve the quality of students, the quality of lecturers, and the quality of Undiksha,” he explained.
In addition, the PTI Study Program Coordinator also socialized PTI Study Programs through the screening of PTI profile videos. Furthermore, the PTI Coordinator of Study Programs said that at PTI emphasized the character and attitude of students to be better. “PTI students come from various regions in Indonesia, their characters are different. However, I ask PTI students to always put forward a good attitude towards lecturers, employees, and fellow students as well as in the community. Good character that will be useful for you. Small examples such as greeting lecturers, speaking politely, dressing neatly and politely on campus,” added Dessy.
Based on the data collected, there are 108 new students in the Informatic Education Study Program. The entire Informatic Education Study Program family warmly welcomes the arrival of new students. (an)
