Singaraja, September 5, 2024, the Informatics Engineering Education (PTI) Study Program at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) conducted an Internal Academic Quality Audit (AMI-Academic). This annual audit is carried out simultaneously across Undiksha with the primary goal of continuously improving academic and non-academic quality. The audit also aims to ensure that all institutional activities run smoothly and continue to improve, demonstrating that Undiksha is accountable for the quality of all its operations.
The audit was conducted by two internal auditors: Dr. Luh Putu Tuti Ariani, S.Pd., M.Fis, and Luh Putu Triyanti Ariestiana Dewi, S.Pd., M.Par. The visit was attended by the coordinator of the PTI Study Program, the head of the Informatics Engineering Department, Quality Control Group (GKM) officials from both the faculty and the study program, as well as PTI faculty representatives. The head of the institution’s Tracer Study Team was also present.
The Internal Academic Quality Audit reflects the PTI Study Program’s commitment to maintaining and improving the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which encompasses education, research, and community service. Through AMI, the study program can pursue continuous improvement by strengthening coordination and integrating the functions of each unit.
During the audit, full support was provided by leadership at the department and faculty levels, along with administrative staff, ensuring the completion of documents required by the AMI instrument. The audit process follows the accreditation form instrument for study programs as issued by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT).
After the AMI visit, the PTI Study Program will receive an audit report that will serve as input for continuous improvement in the coming year. This report is expected to provide valuable insights to maintain and enhance the academic and non-academic quality of PTI in a sustainable manner.
