Singaraja – Three teams of Informatics Engineering Education students, Ganesha University of Education students managed to advance to the Final round in the 2023 Student Digital Innovation Competition (LIDM) which is a national scale competition organized by the Indonesian Talent Development Center, National Achievement Center (Puspresnas), Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in order to increase student digital literacy.
The three teams are Alfiansyah as chairman, with members Ni Wayan Anik Puspita Sari, Erlinda Shirleen Santoso, and I Ketut Adi Krisna Murti Saksena who are members of the Ganesha07 Team. Then Ni Kadek Tamara Agustini as chairman, with members Luh Gede Pramesti Indrasuari, Komang Jepri Kusuma Jaya, and Ni Luh Dita Oktaviari who are members of the Gtech Team. As well as Ni Wayan Anik Puspita Sari as chairman with members Gede Yuda Aditya, Wayan Pancadana, and Putri Eoditha Aisya Purnomo who are members of the Wipe Out Team.
The Ganesha07 Team chose the Education Technology Innovation division with the work “ABE: MOBILE APPLICATIONS FOR CHILDREN WITH AUTISM IN THE BALI PERMATA HATI FOUNDATION (PICTURE EXCHANGE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM)”. Ganesha07 Team is guided by lecturer Ida Bagus Nyoman Pascima, S.Pd., M.Cs. Alfian explained that the work being developed is an application for children with autism so that it helps optimize the learning process for children with autism. on conventional methods which have limited access and have features using Indonesian and audio pronunciations on each flashcard,” explained Alfiansyah (11/5/2023).
Meanwhile, the Gtech Team, chaired by Ni Kadek Tamara Agustini, chose the Digital Microteaching division with the work “LEARNING TO KNOW DATA CLASS VII INFORMATICS SUBJECT”. This work is a microteaching learning to recognize class VII data in Informatics subject. The Gtech Team is guided by lecturer P Wayan Arta Suyasa, S.Pd., M.Pd.
The same goes for the Wipe Out Team, which takes on the Digital Microteaching division. With the work “Digital microteaching UTP cabling material with a base learning project model”. Wipe Out Team guided by Dr. phil. Dessy Seri Wahyuni, S.Kom., M.Eng.
It should be noted that this year, the big theme of the LIDM competition is “Digital literacy to develop educator human resources as national talents towards an advanced Indonesia with a new life order” and there are five divisions available. 1) Education Digital Technology Innovation Division; 2) Education Digital Learning Innovation Division; 3) Educational Digital Video Division; 4) Digital Poster Division), and 5) Digital Microteaching Division.
Informatics Engineering Education Study Program Coordinator, Dr. phil. Dessy Seri Wahyuni, S.Kom., M.Eng. appreciates the achievements that have been achieved by Informatics Engineering Education students. Dessy Seri Wahyuni said keep fighting and give your best until the final stage. “As the coordinator of the Informatics Engineering Education Study Program representing the large family of Informatics Engineering Education, I congratulate you on the achievements. This is the result of the hard work of the team involved at LIDM. My message is don’t stop honing your skills both in academics, arts and sports.
